Supposedly, at the edge of a black hole, time would appear to slow down as an observer accelerates toward the speed of light on the event horizon. In that instant between existence and oblivion, we might find the illusion of immortality. Sometimes, I believe the line between today and tomorrow obscures reality in much the same fashion, always approaching the latter, yet never seeming to escape the former. Inevitably, however, tomorrow ensnares us and we disappear forever.
Today is so beautiful. I hope that I'm not too close to the edge of tomorrow.
